La falta de agua potable sigue siendo una crisis humanitaria en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"axiom\">\n<h3><strong>El panorama:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>La Corte neg\u00f3 la solicitud de reducir el suministro m\u00ednimo de agua de 20 a 5,3 litros diarios por persona, reiterando que menos de 20 litros es incompatible con el derecho fundamental.<\/li>\n<li>Se advierten fallas persistentes en la disponibilidad, acceso, calidad y seguimiento institucional del agua para la ni\u00f1ez wayuu en los municipios.<\/li>\n<li>La Sala compuls\u00f3 copias a la Procuradur\u00eda y Fiscal\u00eda para investigar posibles responsabilidades en Maicao, Manaure y Uribia por la falta de caracterizaci\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n infantil wayuu.
